Hazardous Waste Operator Uses Online Survey Tool To Engage With Customers
Brief:
To understand true perceptions of the company’s brand, whilst assessing key areas of service experience, in a highly competitive marketplace.
Approach:
Customers were invited, by the client, to opt into an online survey, conducted and analysed by The WasteVyne, which also followed up with confidential telephone interviews, giving customers an opportunity to provide additional insight. To encourage participation, a prize draw was also run, adding an element of fun.
Results:
Besides providing valuable service performance information, the survey positively raised brand awareness for the client, demonstrating a strong customer focus and a desire to continuously improve.
