Also to understand how this compared to competitor products, in order to fully inform a launch strategy.

Approach:  

Telephone interviews and visits to identified businesses, within defined postcodes, were undertaken, to assess precise requirements and likely demand.

Results:       

The research recommended the core sectors to focus upon, including pricing strategy, providing a more effective roll out of the product.
